A UAE-based travel brand curating premium educational expeditions for students, families, and adventure-seekers. By blending exploration with world-class learning experiences, EduOutings transforms global destinations into unforgettable journeys.

The Challenge

To promote a high-value expedition to Norway, EduOutings needed an inspiring suite of video content. But key limitations complicated execution:

  • Neither the client nor our team could travel to the destination
  • Sourced footage was inconsistent in quality, format, and color grading

  • Several clips had usage restrictions, requiring careful curation

  • All footage was in horizontal format, yet vertical Reels were needed

  • There was no coherent narrative, making it hard to build an emotional, aspirational story

The task: Create premium-quality hero content using only raw, repurposed assets—without compromising brand tone or campaign quality.

Our Approach

  • Conducted a footage audit, reviewing 10–12 partner-supplied videos to shortlist only high-impact, usable clips

  • Created two long-form YouTube videos, each tailored to a specific cruise line, aligning visuals with brand-specific tone and rhythm

  • Developed two vertical video Reels:

    • One celebrating the natural beauty of Norway

    • The other built on a scripted, emotional journey narrative

  • Wrote a compelling, emotion-led script positioning the expedition as a once-in-a-lifetime memory, not just a holiday

  • Selected a realistic, warm AI-generated voiceover, complemented by cinematic music for immersive storytelling

  • Delivered platform-optimized outputs for YouTube, Instagram, and Meta ads, with formatting guides and cutdown-ready edits.
